Senior Pastor Tracey E. Brim

Tracey E. Brim has been in ministry for over 30 years starting out in street ministry and home Bible study. She is the Founder & Executive Director of WOW (Women Of Worth) Ministry, whose mission is to gather women of diverse races, denominations, economic status and cultures for a time of worship and fellowship in an atmosphere conducive to promoting liberty and unity within the Body of Christ.

She is also the Founder & Senior Pastor of Work Of His Hands Ministries along with Frank, her husband of 30 years.

Tracey E. Brim was ordained a Deacon in the African Methodist Episcopal Denomination in 1994 and an Elder in 1996. In ministry, Tracey Brim has been a Sunday School teacher, Vacation Bible School Writer/Instructor, Dean of Christian Education and School of Ministry Instructor teaching on the Authority of the Believer. She also has experience as a Church Administrator.

She has a B.A. in Business Administration from Dominican University, a Masters of Divinity from Midwest Christian College & Seminary and a Candidate for a doctorate in Christian Education. She assists in 501 (c)(3) acquisitions, and is also a grant writer for not-for-profit organizations. Pastor Tracey is a trained counselor for victims of domestic violence and has been in Social Services for 20 plus years, serving as a Program Director for Chicago Commons' Parent-Too-Soon and Better Days for Youth programs. She also worked as a Social Worker for Circle Urban Ministries' Emergency Care Department where she was responsible for assessing clients for the Transitional Housing program which served the homeless.

Tracey E. Brim also has teaching experience as a full-time substitute teacher in the Chicago Public School system for over 10 years, n Grades K-8.

She is the author of an inspirational and instructional book "This Too Shall Pass" (Getting To Your Expected End).
